DemirStud offers an improved method of protecting valuable mining equipment from excessive wear.  The DemirStud protection system uses a stud welding process to quickly and easily apply wear abrasion resistant studs to high wear areas.

DemirStuds are simply applied onsite with a welding gun which fuses the stud onto the heavy wear areas of ground engaging tool (GET) components, as well as mobile and stationary plant operations.
